Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you! We ask that you please give us 48 hours, or two business days notice if you need to rescedule you appointment. We are aware that unforseen events may require you to change your appointment. By providing us with 48 hours notice, we can contact other patients that may have wanted that date and time. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated by everyone.

After cancelling short notice (under 48 hours), or missing three appointments, there will be a short notice cancellation fee applied.
